This mix of businesses touts core service lines as including system administration, cybersecurity and software development.

VTG is continuing to prioritize the intelligence community in its acquisition engine and has now simultaneously purchased a trio of businesses as part of that push.

These transactions represent numbers five, six and seven since Alvarez & Marshal Capital became the majority owner of VTG in the fall of 2023. Terms of these moves announced Tuesday were not disclosed.

Byte Systems is a veteran-owned IT services company that touts its core service lines as including systems administration, systems engineering, infrastructure design, cloud engineering and cybersecurity.

Tunuva Technologies specializes in cyber and information security services and solutions, while Iota IT focuses on software engineering and software development work.
