CGI-AMS has won three contracts totaling $14 million to provide enterprise resource planning to three public-sector customers, the company announced this week.

Under the contracts, CGI-AMS of Fairfax, Va., will implement its AMS Advantage 3 to streamline the business operations of the city of Dallas, Baltimore County, Md., and Baltimore County Public Schools.

AMS Advantage is a Web-based ERP suite designed for governments and school systems to manage real-time financial transactions and business intelligence.

The ERP suite is a module-based solution that automates document workflow, decreases paperwork, improves customer service and facilitates decision-making.

Dallas chose CGI-AMS’ Web-based financial management, procurement and reporting solutions for its $2 billion annual budget.

Baltimore County and Baltimore County Public Schools chose the AMS Advantage solution for financial management, procurement and human resources management. Collectively, they will provide services to 27,000 employees, 2.5 million citizens and manage an operating budget of $2 billion using the Advantage solutions.

GGI-AMS is the U.S. subsidiary of the CGI Group Inc. of Montreal. The company has more than 25,000 employees and annual sales of $2.5 billion.
