Stanley Associates Inc. has completed its acquisition of Morgan Research Corp. Terms of the acquisition, which was first announced in January, were not disclosed.

The acquisition brings Stanley Associates high-end science and engineering expertise to expand its systems integration and professional services solutions, the company said in a statement.

Morgan Research, a privately owned company in Huntsville, Ala., has a broad customer base within the Army and civilian agencies such as NASA.

Stanley Associates of Arlington, Va., is a privately owned company that offers systems integration and professional services to the U.S. government. It has 1,800 employees and had annual revenue of $282 million in 2005, according to Hoover’s Online of Austin, Texas.

The company ranks No. 53 on Washington Technology’s 2005 Top 100 list of federal prime contractors.
