Dynamics Research Corp. will deliver business analysis and management support to the Federal Deposit Insurance Corp. through a contract worth nearly $29 million.

DRC of Andover, Mass., will help FDIC ensure that all system projects adhere to specific development, quality assurance, process improvement and agency requirement deadlines.

FDIC insures deposits at more than 8,700 banks and saving associations throughout the nation. It promotes the safety and soundness of these institutions by monitoring and identifying risks to which they are exposed.

DRC, which has more than 1,800 employees and had sales of $300 million in fiscal 2005, ranks No. 60 on Washington Technology’s 2006 Top 100 list of the largest federal IT contractors.
