Dynamics Research Corp. was awarded a $6 million contract to perform training analysis as part of the development of training products for the Army’s Future Combat Systems, said officials from the Andover, Mass., company.

The Future Combat Systems program is a family of systems that will be the basis for transforming the Army. It will be a networked, multifunctional, multimission and reconfigurable collection designed to maximize joint interoperability, strategic transportability and commonality of mission roles.

The new work will start in July and is scheduled to conclude in 2008.
