CACI International Inc. has named Dale Luddeke executive vice president of its business development organization.

Luddeke recently completed a 10-year stint as vice president and general manager of Computer Science Corp.’s National Security and Foreign Affairs business unit. His clients at CSC included the State and Homeland Security departments and the U.S. Agency for International Development.

At CACI Luddeke is expected to play a key role in the company’s expansion plans for its core market areas of national security, intelligence and homeland security. Before joining CSC, Luddeke was a senior program development manager at Unisys Corp. He began his career as a senior engineer with McDonnell Aircraft in 1980.

CACI of Arlington, Va., has about 10,000 employees and had annual sales of $1.7 billion in 2006. The company ranks No. 13 on Washington Technology’s 2006 Top 100 list of the largest federal IT contractors.
