CACI International Inc. has promoted William Fairl to president of U.S. Operations and Randall Fuerst to chief operating officer of the division. The appointments are effective July 1, 2007.

Fairl has been COO of U.S. Operations since March 2005. Fuerst was head of CACI’s Enterprise Technologies and Services business group.

CACI said the appointments are part of the management transition announced last week when Jack London took the title of executive chairman, retaining his role as chairman of the board, and Paul Cofoni was named president and chief executive officer of CACI.

Fairl will have primary responsibility for all of CACI’s domestic, federal, state and local markets. He joined CACI in 1998 with the acquisition of QuesTech Inc.

Fuerst will be responsible for CACI’s main business groups and its core offerings of systems integration, network services, engineering services and knowledge management. He joined CACI in 2005 after serving as senior vice president of operations at Titan Corp.

CACI of Arlington, Va., ranks No. 22 on Washington Technology’s 2007 Top 100 list of the largest federal government prime contractors.
