Appointments
Marie OBrien was named president of Robbins-Gioia LLCs newly combined defense and intelligence divisions. She most recently led the Alexandria, Va., companys intelligence division. The chief strategy officer of the new division is Robert Floyd II, a former Army general and most recently business development director at Robbins-Gioias Army, Air Force and Defense Logistics Agency strategic programs.
Paul Saleh was named to replace Sprint Nextel Corp. Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer Gary Forsee. Saleh was chief financial officer of the Reston, Va., company. Board member James Hance Jr. was named acting nonexecutive chairman.
Christopher Hansen joined Washington-based high-tech trade association AeA, formerly the American Electronics Association, as president and CEO, replacing William Archey. Hansen most recently was the group executive president of the AARP.
Mary Wall joined Lockheed Martin Corp., of Bethesda, Md., as director of business development with the companys enterprise solutions and services unit. Wall most recently was area sales director of federal civilian business at Unisys Corp.
Robert May Jr. joined Battelle Memorial Institute, of Columbus, Ohio, as vice president of the Air Force market sector. May most recently was executive director of the Aeronautical Systems Center at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, Ohio. Judy Phruksaraj joined Goodman Solutions LLC, of Vienna, Va., as a senior consultant. The accounting and advisory firm is a division of Goodman and Company LLP.

J. Kevin Moran, a former Navy vice admiral, was named to the board of directors for Unitech Corp., of Centreville, Va.
