Annual M&A Special Report

The pace of acquisitions remained high in 2007 with 99 deals closing last year. Dealmakers included familiar companies such as CACI International Inc., Lockheed Martin Corp. and Northrop Grumman Corp. as well as several new players. We worked with investment bank Houlihan Lokey Howard & Zukin to create a database of all of last year’s transactions. We also worked with a panel of M&A experts to rank and analyze the top 10 deals of the year.
