About

Hybrid work environments are clearly not going anywhere. Contractors and customers alike used a variety of technologies and tools to better facilitate teleworking and collaboration among coworkers, agency customers and other stakeholders. The flexibility to work remotely, at least part of the time, are table stakes to succeed in today’s market. But are agency policies flexible enough for government employees as well as the contractors that support them? What are the management and training challenges as we move deeper into this post-COVID environment? What are the implications for recruit and retention as well as career development? Where should contractors be investing to make sure they have the IT infrastructure in place to thrive with a hybrid workforce? This webcast will examine what is next for hybrid work, from emerging technologies to team management strategies to emerging policies and processes.
