DCMA looking for emergency mass notification system

The Defense Contract Management Agency wants to build an emergency mass notification system that can notify DCMA end users on short notice in case of a natural or man-made disaster.

The agency was a system that can notify end users via phone, pager, email, and by other means if there is a continuity of operations issue, natural disasters, circuit and enterprise application outages, and other issues that may occur on a daily basis, according to the sources sought notice.
