DRS Technical Services wins $30.3 million contract to support satellite comms

DRS Technical Services has won a $30.3 million contract with the Army to support satellite communications between the United States and locations across the globe.

DRS Technical Services has won a $30.3 million contract with the Army to support satellite communications between the United States and locations across the globe.

In addition to operating and maintaining satellite communications, DRS will provide help desk and field operations support.

Work will be performed in Rock Island, III., Afghanistan, Kuwait and Germany, and is expected to be completed by March 11, 2017.
