Naval Aggarwal will lead the firm's strategic priorities of helping government contractors identify and pursue growth opportunities.
GovCon industry consulting firm Deep Water Point & Associates has named Naval Aggarwal as its new chief executive.
Aggarwal has been supporting Deep Water Point as a strategic adviser in its sales and operations group. He has deep roots in the consulting world, starting with time at Arthur Anderson early in his career.
He is also a veteran of companies such as Unisys, Grant Thornton and Guidehouse. Most recently, he worked as chief of staff at Cherry Bekaert.
His background spans advisory services, performance improvement, operational optimization, and M&A integration.
“This is a pivotal moment for Deep Water Point & Associates, and I’m honored to step into the CEO role as we embark on the next phase of growth,” Aggarwal said in a release. “Our mission and values remain the same, but we now have a clear opportunity to lead with greater speed, scale, and agility.”
Aggarwal will focus on the firm’s strategic priorities of accelerating operational excellence, driving innovation in service delivery and expanding client impact.
Deep Water Point was founded in 2006 by Howard Seeger and Jack Neal. Neal sold his interest in 2017 to Seeger, who continued to run the firm for 15 more years.
Private equity firm Renovus Capital acquired Deep Water Point in January 2022, then backed the combination with Wolf Den Associates later that year.
