Find opportunities — and win them.

The discounts cover two key software lines for all federal agencies.

The General Services Administration on Thursday announced an agreement with software firm Docusign to significantly discount two of its offerings to federal agencies.

In GSA’s latest OneGov agreement, Docusign will offer agencies a 70% discount on Docusign eSignature software and a 50% discount on Intelligent Agreement Management software, with both discounts available through Jan. 31, 2027.

“I am proud to announce this government-wide agreement between GSA and Docusign to streamline digital document execution and process automation across federal agencies,” GSA Deputy Administrator Stephen Ehikian said in a statement. “This agreement will accelerate the Trump Administration's priorities of improving citizen services, reducing costs, and modernizing government technology through secure cloud-based solutions.”

Docusign’s eSignature is a cloud-based service used widely across federal agencies, including GSA, to electronically sign agreements, contracts and other documents. It’s available to public sector customers through GSA’s Multiple Awards Schedule and NASA SEWP and is authorized under FedRAMP. According to data from GovTribe, more than three dozen agencies, including the Treasury and Transportation Departments, the U.S. Navy and the Office of the Secretary of Defense, have made purchase orders for the software in the past year.

The company’s Intelligent Agreement Management cloud software makes use of artificial intelligence in automating entire agreement processes for things like contracts, subcontracts, teaming agreements and more, making it particularly useful in government contracting. According to GSA, “These tools boost procurement technology infrastructure, resulting in faster vendor onboarding, less paper-based processes, better vendor management and more data-driven decision making.”

“We are honored to support the GSA on their mission to modernize and strengthen its ability to service Americans,” said Allan Thygesen, CEO of Docusign. “Agreements are the backbone of government operations, and with Docusign’s FedRAMP-authorized & IL4 eSignature product, we can help empower agencies to streamline critical processes and deliver results faster, more efficiently, and with greater security.”

For GSA, its latest OneGov agreement continues a wicked pace in generating deals for agencies on goods and services, saving taxpayer dollars and attempting to drive efficiency improvements using the collective buying power of the entire federal government.

Since late April, GSA has negotiated agreements with Google, Adobe, Salesforce, Elastic, Oracle, Uber, IBM and now Docusign — the latter three coming in the last two weeks alone — with estimated savings over time in the billions of dollars.

“We appreciate Docusign's collaboration with GSA to offer our federal workforce tools that will streamline government processes while delivering the best value to taxpayers,” FAS Commissioner Josh Gruenbaum said. “GSA’s OneGov is driving efficiency in operations and delivering significant savings for taxpayers.”
