Find opportunities — and win them.

A new set of complaints and motions for judgment have been filed regarding the $60 billion Veterans Affairs Department IT vehicle.

The protest case surrounding the T4NG2 contract vehicle will continue at least through the summer with two companies filing amended complaints.

Both of the new complaints from Vision Tech Group and T4NG2 JV LLC are sealed for now, but are enough to keep the case alive at the U.S. Court of Federal Claims.

At the same time, Government Healthcare Solutions and InteVets LLC have asked Judge Molly Silfen to dismiss their protests.

Judge Silfen set July 14 (today) as the deadline for companies to file amended complaints or drop out entirely from the case involving the $60 billion Veteran Affairs Department IT vehicle.

Most of the protests involve how VA used a self-scoring methodology to pick winners for the Transformation Twenty-one Total Technology Next Generation vehicle, the department's main IT contract.

VA has told the court it will not issue task orders against the vehicle until March 2026, which gives time for the court to resolve the remaining protests.

As of this story's publication, 18 companies still need to file an amended complaint or request dismissal. They can also nothing and have the court case dismiss their protests.

Originally, 31 companies filed protests at the court. Only three prevailed and convinced VA to add them to the list of 30 awardees.

Those three are Taurian Consulting, Technatomy, and Peregrin.

In addition to the amended complaints, VisionTech and T4NG2 JV both filed motions for judgment. VA has until Aug. 11 to respond.
