Find opportunities — and win them.

The Army Materiel Command will clarify requirements and evaluate revised proposals.

Three companies will get another chance at a $201 million Army IT task order after taking their objections to the Government Accountability Office.

Earlier this summer, Empower AI was selected by the Army Materiel Command to operate and manage the command’s consolidated IT infrastructure.

Agile Defense, General Dynamics IT and TekSnap Corp. were the unsuccessful bidders that went to GAO on July 14. They challenged how the Army evaluated certain technical factors of their proposals, which led to them being eliminated from the competition.

The Army has since decided to amend parts of the solicitation to clarify requirements for the staffing and site management. Bidders will submit revised proposals and the Army will then make a new award decision.

Clarifications or discussions with bidders will also take place if necessary.

The task order falls under the Army's ITES-3S vehicle.
