The company has withdrawn its challenges related to a $99 million financial management support contract won by Kearney.
Guidehouse had backed down from its protest of a $99 million Coast Guard contract for financial management support.
Guidehouse complained in November to the Government Accountability Office that Kearney, the winner, did not have the experience needed and the Coast Guard did not properly evaluate proposals.
But Guidehouse withdrew its protest on Wednesday. GAO does not require companies to disclose why they withdraw and Guidehouse's legal team was not available for comment.
Kearney will now lead verification and validation efforts related to the Coast Guard's initiative for modernizing its financial systems. Kearney will support audit readiness, accounting, financial management and internal controls.
The Coast Guard also wants help with developing performance measures and standard operating procedures.
