Find opportunities — and win them.

The corrective action still leaves four active protests regarding the $60 billion IT contract.

Four more SEWP protests have been dismissed at the Government Accountability Office after NASA said it will continue evaluating their proposals.

Sudofy, Blue Obsidian Solutions, Bridges Systems Integration and Blazar Technology Solutions are all back in the running for spots on the $60 billion SEWP VI vehicle for IT needs across the government.

That group of four filed protests in February, challenging NASA’s decision to eliminate them from consideration.

With NASA’s corrective action, the Government Accountability Office dismissed their protests on Friday. They join METGreen Solutions, who NASA let back into the competition on March 3.

Still pending at GAO are protests filed by Insight Public Sector, Strategic Communications, Z SofTech Solutions and Professional Information Systems Inc.

All of the protesters have challenged NASA’s decision to remove them from the competition.

If NASA decides to not take corrective action for the remaining protests, GAO will rule on them in late May and early June.

SEWP VI is a 10-year contract that will have hundreds of winners. Agencies buy a wide range of IT products and services through the SEWP vehicle.

NASA is in the process of extending SEWP V beyond its April 30 cutoff. The extension is being driven by the large volume of proposals the agency is processing.

The protests also complicate the deadline because NASA cannot award the new contract until all the protests are resolved.
