Find opportunities — and win them.

This is the second Cyber Command award Leidos has announced in a week, both credited to its purchase of Kudu Dynamics.

Leidos is crediting a new $99 million win at U.S. Cyber Command to the acquisition of Kudu Dynamics in 2025.

This is the second CYBERCOM win Leidos has announced within the week that it attributed to the $300 million purchase of Kudu, a developer and provider of offensive cyber capabilities.

Previously, Leidos announced a $160 million contract to help CYBERCOM with planning and conducting operations.

The new contract announced Wednesday is an Other Transaction Authority award that tasks Leidos to continue developing a new cyber planning system that lets operators plan, coordinate, and assess missions through a single, unified environment.

Kudu brought that work with it when Leidos acquired the company in May 2025. Kudu was working on the Target Acquisition and Continuous Monitoring System under an agreement with the Defense Advanced Resarch Projects Agency.

The new OTA signals the transition of the program from DARPA to the U.S. Cyber Command, a company spokesman said.

The platform is shortening the mission planning cycle for cyber operators and in some cases to less than 24 hours, said Jason O’Connor, president of Leidos’ intelligence business.

“Developed by our Kudu Dynamics team, this technology delivers mission planning, execution and assessment to the cyber mission at speed and scale,” O’Connor said.

The platform is designed to bring together traditionally separate workflows and tools into a single integrated system. The platform also has a modular architecture to support integration with government and third-party technologies as mission needs change.

This brings flexibility in how the platform is developed and sustained, Leidos said.

Leidos acquired Kudu to expand its cyber technology, engineering and mission-support capabilities. Cyber is also a key growth area under the Leidos’ NorthStar 2030 strategy.
