The transaction will add 500-plus employees and 2,000 Salesforce certifications as Accenture seeks to bolster its artificial intelligence offerings for public sector organizations.
Accenture has agreed to acquire NeuraFlash, an artificial intelligence consulting company that has developed several Salesforce- and Amazon Web Services-centric solutions for the public sector.
Financial terms of the transaction announced Wednesday were not disclosed.
Burlington, Massachusetts-headquartered NeuraFlash will add over 500 people to Accenture’s workforce with over 2,000 Salesforce certifications. The company also brings with it AWS capabilities focused on machine learning and generative AI in the contact center space.
In the public sector, NeuraFlash developed AI-driven solutions around contract lifecycle management. NeuraFlash has also developed expertise around Salesforce’s Agentforce offering, which was recently released as Agentforce for Public Sector.
NeuraFlash used both Agentforce and Amazon Connect for an unnamed agency's contact center that employed gen AI for telephony, voice analytics and automation.
"This acquisition will significantly enhance our agentic AI capabilities,” said Stephanie Sadowski, senior managing director and Salesforce business group global leader at Accenture. “By integrating NeuraFlash's expertise, we aim to help accelerate enterprise AI adoption and drive innovation for clients across industries.”
