Ravi Dankanikote will lead Peraton's enterprise growth strategy that includes its business development efforts and building of customer relationships.

Peraton has hired Ravi Dankanikote as its new chief growth officer, the role formerly held by Michael King for seven years until he left the company in April.

Dankanikote will lead Peraton's enterprise growth strategy that includes its business development efforts and building of customer relationships.

He joins Peraton with 30 years of experience in the federal market, including growth leadership posts at Science Applications International Corp. and CACI International.

Peraton said Monday its growth strategy is shifting toward a “more collaborative, transparent, and partnership-driven growth model.

“Our business doesn’t succeed by chasing trends—it thrives by solving real problems with ingenuity and integrity,” Dankanikote said in a release.

“He’s going to be a catalyst for growth that defines the next chapter of our company,” Peraton CEO Steve Schorer added.

Schorer joined Peraton in the fall as chief executive.
