Find opportunities — and win them.

The purchase of Miklos Systems is VTG's fifth of 2025 and adds software, cloud, data and other services for intelligence community agencies.

VTG has acquired Miklos Systems Inc., a provider of software lifecycle development cloud services, and other capabilities to the intelligence community.

The company was founded in 1993 and is employee-owned. VTG is making this purchase with the backing of its majority owner, Alvarez & Marshall Capital Partners.

Miklos is the fifth acquisition VTG has closed in 2025 following these other deals: Loki Solutions, Triaplex, Byte Systems, Tunuva Technologies, and IOTA IT.

“Welcoming Miklos Systems to VTG marks another strategic milestone in our growth journey,” John Hassoun, president & CEO of VTG.

VTG has focused its strategy on intelligence and defense customers with capabilities around engineering services, C5ISR, and digital solutions. Miklos brings software lifecycle development, cloud services, cybersecurity, data science and systems engineering work to VTG.

Miklos has been employee-owned since 2015.
