ODRG adds enterprise IT, geospatial intelligence and cybersecurity capabilities with additional national security and homeland defense customers.
ODRG, which stands for Organizational Development Resource Group, has completed its first acquisition since an infusion of resources from Advantage Capital a year ago.
ODRG is buying ASET Partners to build out its enterprise IT, geospatial intelligence, cybersecurity and systems engineering capabilities.
ASET also brings more customers in the national security, homeland defense and other segments of the federal market.
ODRG received an investment in June 2025 from Advantage Capital’s Empower the Change Fund, which provides capital to minority-owned businesses.
Terms of the transaction announced Thursday were not disclosed. ASET will retain its brand and move forward as ASET Partners, an ODRG company.
The combined organization will focus on mission priorities that include protecting critical infrastructure, securing borders, and advancing national defense programs. Other focus areas include administrating domestic health grant initiatives and strengthening international partnerships through foreign military sales.
ODRG founder and CEO Sophia Harris shared her goals and strategy for the company in an August 2025 episode of our WT 360 podcast.
ASET has posted roughly $9 million in unclassified prime contract revenue over the trailing 12 months, according to USASpending.gov. Major customers include the Secret Service, TSA, and Immigration and Custom Enforcement.
For its part, ODRG recorded $7.1 million in unclassified work. Customers include the departments of Defense, Health and Human Services, and Transportation.
