Air Force seeks prime for Ukraine defense ERP implementation

The service branch is looking to help Ukraine's military modernize how it manages resources.
The Air Force is looking for a prime contractor to implement a comprehensive enterprise resource planning system for Ukraine’s Ministry of Defense.
The contract covers the installation of SAP's S/4 Hana platform and related services to create a defense resources management system for Ukraine, according to a sources sought notice released Wednesday.
Responses to the notice are due Aug. 29.
Some of the key services woll include:
- Full lifecycle support from initial planning to going live
- System design
- Custom configuration
- Post-implementation maintenance and support
The contractor must provide everything needed – staff, tools, project management and technical services.
The winning contractor also will need expertise in configuring SAP for defense purposes, along with an understanding of defense requirements and compliance needs.
