Find opportunities — and win them.

The award's scope covers software, hardware and engineering services and is also open to other parts of the Defense Department.

Everfox has booked a $90 million task order contract for software, hardware and engineering support services to the Army.

The contract is designed to streamline how the Army purchases and make it easier for Army customers to access Everfox solutions through direct orders, the company said in its announcement Tuesday.

The new contract also aligns with Defense Department directives to modernize acquisition processes so new technologies can reach warfighters more quickly. The contract is also open to other parts of DOD beyond the Army.

“This contract vehicle gives Army customers a flexible way to access Everfox capabilities for a broad range of requirements, from secure information sharing to high-assurance engineering support,” Ted Girard, Everfox chief revenue officer, said in the release.

Everfox's Cross Domain Solutions are among the offerings available through the contract, which is set up to accommodate the company's broader product and service portfolio as customer needs evolve. Everfox designed its High Speed Guard to securely manage high-volume data flows across classification levels and security domains, which helps information sharing while protecting sensitive data.

Everfox expects the contract to support its work with key Army organizations, including those focused on tactical communications and next-generation command and control.

The Army awarded the contract on Sept. 30 and it runs through Sept. 29, 2031. Everfox was the only company to bid for the contract.
