Yulista acquires open source services provider
Much of DSoft Technology's contract work is with the Air Force.
Yulista has acquired a provider of technology and other professional services in a move to expand IT-centric and -enabled offerings in the government market.
DSoft Technology, Engineering & Analysis will become a part of the Yulista Technical Services portfolio. Terms of the transaction announced Monday were not disclosed.
DSoft is a service-disabled, veteran-owned small business that was founded in 1998 and currently headquartered in Colorado Springs.
DSoft also describes itself as a specialist in .NET, Umbraco, Drupal and open source technologies. The company has recorded approximately $10.4 million in unclassified prime contract revenue over the trailing 12 months with 79% of that from the Air Force, according to GovTribe data.
Yulista is a subsidiary of Calista, an Alaska Native Regional Corporation.
