Carahsoft, ServiceNow expand partnership to new industry sectors

ServiceNow and Carahsoft are expanding their partnership to offer the ServiceNow artificial intelligence platform across all of Carahsoft’s resellers.
The partnership opens all of Carahsoft’s channels in the U.S. and Canada to ServiceNow, including retail, technology, manufacturing, healthcare, financial services, and critical infrastructure.
Carahsoft is an established IT distributor in the government market with over 10,00 resellers, systems integrators and consulting partners. The company has also been expanding into regulated and non-regulated industries that share the government’s demand for compliance, security and complex procurement.
The new agreement brings ServiceNow directly into those channels for customers who prefer to buy through partners rather than enterprise software sales.
