The command uses the contract to buy a variety of products and services related to intelligence, surveillance and reconnaissance.

Four companies, including three incumbents, have won spots on the newest version of the Special Operations Command’s $2.4 billion Targeted Requirement Execution contract.

Known as TREX, the command uses the contract to buy a variety of products and services related to intelligence, surveillance and reconnaissance.

Retaining their positions on the contract are incumbents Barbaricum LLC, Nextech Solutions, and iGov Technologies. Joining them is Management Services Group, which does business as Global Technical Systems.

SOCOM uses the TREX to acquire equipment in areas such as system integration, hardware and modifications, specialized communication solutions and networks, and signal processing capabilities. The command also set up the contract to cover incidental services for its mission sets.

The contract has an effective date of Oct. 16, 2025, and will run through Oct. 15, 2032, if all options are exercised.
