ManTech's board adds former Novetta chief LaMontagne
ManTech International's board of directors elects former Novetta CEO Peter LaMontagne as a new member.
ManTech International’s board of directors has elected former Novetta CEO and two-decade government market veteran Peter LaMontagne as a new member.
“His direct experience in national security, and in-depth knowledge of the technologies essential to safeguarding it, make Peter a strategic asset and welcome addition to our board,” ManTech co-founder and Executive Chairman George Pedersen said in a release Friday.
LaMontagne is currently chief executive of Quantum Spatial, a provider of geospatial data services whose federal customers include the Bureau of Land Management and U.S. Geological Survey.
He previously led analytics technology provider Novetta from its 2012 creation out of a merger of two other Arlington-owned companies through March 2017. Novetta was sold in 2015 to Carlyle Group and also made several acquisitions during his tenure.
Prior to Novetta, he was CEO of Paradigm Solutions. He also was on the corporate executive team that led ManTech through its 2002 initial public offering.
LaMontagne was formerly on the board of OGSystems, the geospatial company Parsons Corp. acquired earlier this year in the buildup to its own IPO that closed in mid-May.
