Michael Baker promotes new federal practice CFO

The 23-year company veteran currently oversees the federal shop's business analytics function.

Engineering and consulting services firm Michael Baker International has promoted 23-year company veteran Lori Stump-Ganter to chief financial officer for its federal practice.

In a release Thursday, Michael Baker touted her knowledge of the company’s operations and process across all of its business units and experience in both project and financial management in the engineering-and-construction sector.

Michael Baker’s government customers include defense clients such as the Army, Air Force, Navy and Marine Corps. Some of the civilian clients include the departments of Homeland Security, State, Energy, Interior and Justice; plus the Environmental Protection Agency.

Stump-Ganter is currently director of business analytics for the company’s federal team.
