Conduent hires Sever to lead government segment
Anna Sever will lead Conduent's push to further incorporate emerging technologies into its overall solutions for healthcare, eligibility and enrollment programs.
Conduent has hired a new president for its government segment in Anna Sever, a three-decade public sector veteran and most recently chief executive of Magellan Federal.
Sever will oversee Conduent's portfolio of healthcare, eligibility and enrollment programs across the federal and state government landscape. The business process services provider said Tuesday that Sever also will lead its push to further incorporate emerging technologies into the overall solutions.
Conduent works with government agencies to deliver health and human services that include Medicaid eligibility and enrollment. The company also helps maintain the underlying enterprise management systems that support Medicaid.
Government segment revenue of $503 million for the first six months of this calendar year represented approximately 29% of total corporate sales during that timeframe, according to the company's second quarter financial statement.
Sever joins Conduent following three years overall at Magellan Federal with the past two as its CEO. Prior to that, she led the federal health business development function for Maximus.
