Sensible Solutions and Technologies Inc. has closed a pair of acquisitions with an eye toward broadening the IT services provider’s footprint across the intelligence community.
SSATI’s buys of Invex Technology Solutions and the ITIC government support services unit also are intended to widen the company’s offerings in custom software development and systems integration. Terms of the transactions announced Thursday were not disclosed.
