This is Synergy ECP's third transaction with the support of Falfurrias Management Partners, which has owned the company for two years.
Synergy ECP has acquired a provider of technology services to defense and intelligence agencies in a move primarily aimed at further extending the buyer’s presence across that customer set.
NetServices opened for business in 1996 and has since focused on IT modernization, cybersecurity, software engineering and enterprise operations services for the national security company.
This transaction announced Wednesday was supported by Falfurrias Management Partners, a private investment firm that acquired Synergy ECP in the fall of 2023. Financial terms of the move were not disclosed.
NetCentrics also touts cloud computing migration, zero trust architecture, the DevSecOps software practice, artificial intelligence and machine learning as key focus areas.
In addition to its customer relationships, NetCentrics also brings to Synergy ECP a network of partners that includes federal systems integrators and commercial tech companies.
Synergy ECP completed two acquisitions in 2024 with the backing of Falfurrias, including that of SoftTech Solutions with the goal of adding software development expertise. The subsequent purchase of SPYROS Information & Technology Consulting included services for U.S. national laboratories.
