The government-wide vehicle already has more 700 contract holders and is growing in scope in this second-phase expansion.
The General Services Administration has moved ahead with a plan to expand the OASIS+ professional services contract that will add more services domains to the vehicle.
GSA is adding five new domains for business administration, financial services, human capital, marking and public relations, and social services. Under what it calls OASIS+ Phase II, GSA is bringing the number service domains to 13.
The expansion is part of the Trump administration’s efforts to streamline and consolidate federal procurement.
“This expansion provides federal agencies with a broader range of comprehensive professional service solutions and creates new opportunities for qualified industry partners,” Josh Gruenbaum, commissioner of GSA’s Federal Acquisition Service, said in a release.
GSA launched the expansion effort in June, when it asked for industry feedback on the plan. The agency described the five new service categories as areas of “unmanaged government spending.”
GSA plans to keep OASIS+ open for continuous proposals, and its announcement advised industry to monitor the GSA OASIS Interact community and Sam.gov for a solicitation for the added domains. The agency hopes to start accepting proposals by Jan. 12.
Contractors with seats on OASIS+ should learn later this month how to modify their existing contracts and other actions they may need to take to be added to the new domains.
GSA has been making batches of OASIS+ awards since December 2024. More than 700 contracts have been awarded so far.
