Lentech has appointed President Gregg Einfalt to the chief executive post on an interim basis following the planned departure of Paul Dillahay, who led the company as CEO since January.
Einfalt will also work with the employee-owned company’s board of directors to assess candidates for the permanent CEO role, Lentech said Wednesday.
Dillahay is a senior executive at DigitalNet.ai, the new artificial intelligence company founded by serial entrepreneur Ken Bajaj. DigitalNet.ai formed through a combination of three other businesses including Harmonic AI, which Dillahay founded in 2024 and subsequently led as CEO.
Lentech is developing a partnership with DigitalNet.ai that surrounds agentic AI tools for federal agencies and commercial entities, including new use cases.
In conjunction with the CEO transition, Dillahay will resume his position as leader of Lentech’s strategic advisory board. Lentech transitioned to a 100% employee stock ownership plan during his tenure there.
Einfalt joined Lentech in 2016 as president after two decades in executive roles at ASRC Federal.
