Sales, tech and talent leadership moves across the market

One of the industry's largest tech integrators makes a key hire to lead its manufacturing operations, which have grown amid a longer-term product content push.
Agile Defense
Shawn Tyrie has joined the Enlightenment Capital-owned digital transformation company as chief revenue officer, a role he brings two decades of defense and national security experience to.
Tyrie will lead efforts in growth, customer engagement and market expansion.
His career includes roles at Gartner, Amazon Web Services and McChrystal Group. He is also a former Army infantry officer, member of the Army’s special operations community and operations officer in the intelligence community.
In addition to Tyrie’s hire, Agile Defense has also brought in former FBI official James Nowotny as vice president of justice and national security.
Amentum
Charles Grant has joined the government services company as senior vice president of mission solutions for commercial and critical infrastructure, a role he brings 25 years of experience to.
Grant’s career prior to Amentum includes operational leadership roles at ABM Industries, Gulf States Toyota, Cox Automotive and General Electric.
His most recent role at ABM as vice president of operations focused on growth in its manufacturing and distribution industry group. He is also a Navy veteran.
ASRC Federal
Scott Altman, former head of the government services company’s space operating group, has moved up to executive vice president of strategic engagement after 16 years at the company.
Altman, a former astronaut, has led ASRC Federal’s space group for the past six years and has overseen several large wins at NASA and the Federal Aviation Administration.
Mike Mazzella is succeeding Altman as space group leader after previously working as the unit’s chief operating officer for 18 months. He is also a three-decade veteran of Science Applications International Corp.
CACI International
Christopher Monoski has joined the technology integrator as executive vice president of manufacturing, a newly-created role he brings 27 years of industry experience to.
CACI has tasked Monoski with oversight of the company’s production activities in areas such as photonics, optical communications, space payloads and other electronics. Over the past decade, CACIy has shifted its strategy to one with more product content.
Monoski most recently worked as vice president of operations at L3Harris Technologies, where he oversaw support for $6 billion in annual revenue and a team of 3,000 people.
Commence
Ben Horner has moved up to chief technology officer at this health care-focused company, which he first joined in late 2025 as director of software solutions.
The 14-year tech veteran will lead Commence’s functions in software engineering and technical delivery.
Horner’s career in industry also includes roles at Booz Allen Hamilton, OpenText and CACI International.
Constellis
Mark Womble has joined the risk management and security-focused company as chief administrative and security officer, a role he brings 25 years of experience to.
Womble will work with other members of Constellis’ executive team on efforts related to governance and execution, in addition to administrative and security functions.
He most recently worked as chief security officer for Blackstone Consulting. His career also includes roles at Kaiser Permanente and BAE Systems PLC.
Peraton
Bridget Coulon has joined the technology integrator as chief human resources officer after 26 years at Northrop Grumman.
Peraton has tasked Coulon with creating new talent and organization strategies to align with the company’s long-term vision.
Coulon most recently worked as vice president of total rewards at Northrop, a role that involved enterprise-wide compensation and benefits programs.
Precise Systems
Matt Burkett has joined the defense technology integrator as vice president of business development for its Crane division, a role focused on the company’s key Naval Surface Warfare Center customer.
The 19-year defense sector veteran will lead growth initiatives and other key efforts aimed at expanding Precise Systems across the NSWC ecosystem and broader Defense Department landscape.
Burkett most recently worked as director of innovation pathways at the Applied Research Institute. Prior to that, he spent 15 years at NSWC Crane in roles such as deputy for small business.
REI Systems
Indunil Ranaviraja has moved up to head of mission enablement and innovation at the employee-owned technology integrator, which she first joined in 2015.
This newly-created role focuses on mission insight and customer engagement efforts as they relate to innovation.
Ranaviraja previously led the mission optimization services unit, where she also is crediting with scaling its advisory services practice.
Honeywell Aerospace
This soon-to-be public company has announced its board of directors for when the business unit spins off from Honeywell in June.
Dr. Will Roper, the former Air Force and Space Force senior acquisition executive, and former Air Force Chief of Staff David Goldfein will be a part of the 11-person panel.
Honeywell Aerospace’s CEO-designate Jim Currier will also sit on the board, which will be chaired by former Eaton Corp. CEO Craig Arnold.
ManTech
Bryan Fenton, a former commander of Special Operations Command, has joined the board of directors at the Carlyle Group-owned government technology integrator.
A retired Army general, Fenton oversaw a force of 70,000 personnel in his role as leader of SOCOM.
He is also a former leader of Joint Special Operations Command and senior military assistant for two defense secretaries.
Sierra Space
John Shaw, a former deputy commander for Space Command, has joined the board of directors at this maker of satellites and other spacecraft.
The retired lieutenant general will also chair the board’s classified business and security committee.
Shaw’s appointment to the board follows Sierra Space’s hire of Dan Jablonsky as CEO in February.
