Find opportunities — and win them.

Klemm's two-decade career in the market covers national security, artificial intelligence and machine learning, and data exploitation.

Redhorse Corp. has promoted Noah Klemm to the chief executive post, less than a year after the digital transformation and data science services provider elevated him to president.

Klemm will continue to oversee all aspects of Redhorse’s strategy and operations, including efforts to further scale out its mission work for federal agencies.

The company cited Klemm’s 20-year background in the market as including experience in national security, artificial intelligence and machine learning, and data exploitation.

“The demand for trusted partners who can apply advanced data and AI technologies to mission challenges has never been greater,” David Inmon, founder and chairman of Redhorse, said in a LinkedIn post Monday. “Noah’s experience leading complex organizations and executing growth strategies makes him the right leader for Redhorse’s next phase.”

Klemm first joined Redhorse in 2022 as chief delivery officer and moved up to the president role two years later, amid then-CEO John Zangardi’s retirement from the company after four years there.

Prior to Redhorse, Klemm worked at Novetta for two decades. He then joined Accenture’s U.S. federal subsidiary via its acquisition of Noveta in 2021 to work as a managing director for the national security portfolio.

Blue Delta Capital Partners is one of Redhorse's investors after getting involved in late 2021.
