A pair of CEO transitions and more leadership moves to note

DH Technologies

Lee Berlin has moved up to chief executive after 10 years at the technology product reseller, where he has been its chief financial officer since first joining.

Berlin now leads DH Tech’s strategy that centers around virtualization, data center optimization, GPU acceleration and hyperconvergence. DH Tech touts Nutanix, VMware, Cisco and Amazon Web Services as its top partners.

DH Tech announced the transition in a LinkedIn post. The company was founded in 2013 by Devin Henderson and became employee-owned in 2024.

Veterans Management Services Inc.

Paul Toor has returned to the professional services provider as chief executive after previously working there in its early years as recruiting director.

Toor is a two-decade market veteran who most recently was director of professional services at Sparks Group. He succeeds Ken Konkol, who has moved to chief service officer after six years as CEO.

VMSI was founded in 2009 by Shane Moore and is a service-disabled/veteran-owned small business.

Alpha Omega

Julie Barth has joined the technology integrator as senior vice president of business development, a role she brings three decades of experience to.

Alpha Omega’s LinkedIn post on the hire describes her responsibilities as including growth efforts across the Defense and Homeland Security departments, plus other civilian agencies.

She most recently worked as a director of business development at Amentum. Her career also includes roles at Washington Business Dynamics, Science Applications International Corp. and CACI International.

Alutiiq

Todd Bryer has joined the government services company as chief growth officer, a role he brings two decades of experience to.

Bryer most recently worked as vice president of strategic growth at CAE. His career also includes senior roles at BlueForce, Cape Fox Shared Services, and Day & Zimmerman.

Bryer announced his new role in a LinkedIn post.

Amentum

Danya Trent has joined the government services company as senior vice president of mission solutions sustainment and analytics after 25 years at Lockheed Martin.

“I’ll have the privilege of leading operations and growth across the S&A portfolio, bringing together logistics, maintenance, predictive analytics, and other capabilities to enhance mission readiness for our customers,” Trent wrote in a LinkedIn post on her new role.

Trent most recently worked as vice president of air mobility and maritime missions for international programs at Lockheed.

ASRC Federal

Jen Mehall has moved up to president of the government services company’s defense and intelligence operating group, which CEO Mike Manzo led before his promotion in July.

Mehall has been with ASRC Federal for 10 years, more recently as senior vice president and general manager for a portfolio of professional support services to defense clients. This included work with the Army, Navy, and Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency.

Her 25-year career also includes senior roles at CACI International and Chenega Corp.

Atlassian

Jen Beatley has joined the software development and project management collaboration tool provider as global head of public sector, a role she brings 27 years of experience to.

“I'll be focused on building out Atlassian's public sector go-to-market globally, deepening our partnerships, and scaling a high-performing team to meet the moment for our public sector customers,” Beatley wrote in a LinkedIn post on the new role.

She most recently worked as group vice president for intelligence and homeland security at C3 AI. Her career also includes roles at Oracle, Amazon Web Services, Lockheed Martin and Northrop Grumman.

Commence

Greg Davis has joined the health care technology company as chief growth officer, a role he brings 26 years of experience to.

Davis will help lead Commence’s efforts to further expand across its public sector and commercial lines of business. He most recently worked as vice president of federal health at General Dynamics’ IT services unit.

Davis is moving into the role previously held by Nick Marchand, who is moving to a chief strategy officer role at Commence’s private equity owner Pleasant Land.

Concept Plus

Raymond Okeke has joined this IT solutions and services company focused on Oracle as senior vice president of its health and civil sector, a role he brings two decades of experience to.

Okeke will lead growth and delivery functions in the federal health and civilian portfolio.

He most recently worked as senior vice president of military health systems at Leidos, where he oversaw the deployment of the MHS Genesis electronic health record to completion.

Defense Unicorns

Lauren Knausenberger has joined the developer of open source, airgap-native software tools as chief business officer to help lead its push for growth across the ecosystem.

Knausenberger most recently worked as chief innovation officer at Science Applications International Corp. for two years.

Prior to SAIC, she served as chief information officer at the Air Force and her tenure there included efforts to scale its enterprise cloud networks.

Everforth ECS

Meredyth Makris has joined the federal technology integrator as chief human resources officer, a role she brings three decades of experience to.

Makris most recently worked as chief people officer at Redwire Space. Her career also includes HR leadership roles at AstraZeneca, Dell and GE Capital.

Everforth ECS announced her new role in a LinkedIn post. Everforth took on its new branding and identity earlier this year, which has also included the hire of Donnie Scott to lead ECS.

GRVTY

Stephen Finney has joined the defense technology company as chief growth officer, a role he brings 25 years of experience to.

Finney most recently worked as senior vice president of defense and intelligence at Parsons Corp. His career also includes roles at Polaris Alpha, EOIR Technologies and Booz Allen Hamilton.

GRVTY employs 1,000 people and centers its strategy around designing an automated intelligence enterprise to blend hardware, software and data.

Guidehouse

Ryan McKeon has moved up to chief growth officer at the professional services provider, where he most recently worked as a global sales lead.

McKeon succeeds Ed Meehan, now leader of Guidehouse’s financial services vertical. Meehan has been with Guidehouse since 2019 and led the defense segment prior to his CGO appointment in 2022.

Guidehouse has also promoted Matthew Moosariparambil to banking, insurance and capital markets leader. Moosariparambil first joined Guidehouse in 2011.

Improvix Technologies

Craig Baxter has moved up to chief operating officer at the technology integrator, which he first joined in December as vice president of customer operations.

“Craig will help lead the continued growth of Improvix, strengthen our operational excellence, and ensure we remain focused on delivering exceptional outcomes for our customers and mission partners,” the company wrote in a LinkedIn post on his promotion.

Baxter joined Improvix after a one-year stint at Agile Defense as a vice president. He joined Agile Defense through its combination with IntelliBridge in 2025.

Nava

Scott McKimmy has joined the technology integrator and public benefit corporation as executive vice president of program delivery, a role he brings 25 years of tech experience to.

McKimmy will oversee delivery performance across Nava’s federal health and civilian portfolio, as well as in state government.

He most recently worked as vice president of healthcare solutions delivery at Gainwell Technologies. His career also includes service as director of IT programs for Colorado’s state government.

Parry Labs

Scott DeVona has joined the defense technology integrator as chief revenue officer, a role he brings two decades of experience to.

DeVona will help lead Parry Labs’ push to expand its open architecture offerings across the defense market.

He most recently led a commercial software organization at Research Innovations Inc. He started his career at Fort Monmouth as a software engineer.

In May, Don Claussen joined Parry Labs as chief executive following a stint as CEO at ST Engineering iDirect.

Quantum Sky

Sean Thompson has joined the rebranded technology integrator formerly called Tyto Athene as chief growth officer, a role he brings 25 years of experience to.

Thompson most recently worked as CGO at CBRE’s government business and before that held the same role at Idemia North America.

Quantum Sky took on its new name in August, one month after its hire of Andrew Boyd as CEO. The new name reflects the company’s focus on quantum-ready tech for agencies and applied artificial intelligence.

RealmOne

Mallory Cawfield has joined the cybersecurity and intelligence solutions provider as chief operating officer, a role she brings 25 years of experience to.

Cawfield most recently worked as an executive director at CACI International. She is also a former executive at Applied Insight and Zavda Technologies.

RealmOne announced its hire of Cawlfield four months after its CEO transition, where Matt Ford succeeded founder Gary Daigle.

Riva Solutions

David Acton has joined the IT services provider and systems integrator as chief financial officer, a role he brings three decades of experience to.

He most recently worked as the first CFO at ISI Enterprises, a provider of managed services to other defense companies in compliance and industrial security.

Acton is also a former CFO of Suntiva, which LMI acquired in 2021.

Satellogic

Frank “Trey” Whitworth has been appointed president at the Earth observation data provider, which he has worked with as a strategic adviser since the spring.

Whitworth now leads Satellogic’s internal operations and will collaborate with Emiliano Kargieman, co-founder and CEO, to shape its defense and intelligence product strategy.

Whitworth is a 36-year Navy veteran and retired vice admiral who served as director of the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency from June 2022 to November 2025. His tenure at NGA included efforts to expand the Project Maven program for artificial intelligence.

Tria Federal

Diana Ceban has moved up to chief growth officer at the health care tech solutions company, which she first joined in 2024 as an executive vice president.

Ceban now leads Tria’s federal health pipeline and pursuits to include functions such as the enterprise growth strategy, business development, client and partner relationships, and market expansion.

Tim Borchert and Atchut Kanthamani, respectively chief executive and president of Tria, joined our WT 360 podcast in the fall of 2025 to overview the company’s strategy and vision.

Trusted Space

Stacey Casella has joined the venture-backed provider of mission engineering and analysis technology as chief growth officer after two decades at L3Harris Technologies.

Trusted Space’s hire of Casella follows its announcement in December of an investment from Washington Harbour Partners.

Casella announced her new role in a LinkedIn post.

Valiant Integrated Services

Ashlee Dominguez has moved up to chief growth officer at the training and intelligence support services provider, which she first joined in May as senior vice president for its intelligence business unit.

Dominguez will lead Valiant’s enterprise growth strategy inclusive of organic and acquisitive expansion efforts. Her promotion follows Valiant’s sale of an operations and maintenance division to Inspirit Equity.

This is Dominguez’s second stint at Valiant after previously working there between 2016 and 2024. More recently, she worked as vice president of national security operations at HII’s mission technologies division.
